Priming Sugar Amount

Hi all
finished my first brew this morning and would like to get some info on how much priming sugar to use. The kit i used was milestone crusader which states 80g - 23 litres sugar for priming but from what I have read thats not a lot. how much could i use to get a nice fizzy beer.
