Why not taste some anyway since your syphoning?
good to know the difference of tastes at different stages!

Put it in now.
The action of transfering it may well restart fermentation
Oh and drink some now just to reassure yourself that everything is ok.
Let us know how it tastes :D

Siphon into secondary now, have a little taste and leave it for a couple of weeks. It may not drop in gravity terms much but it will help the beer to clear.
The taste will still be yeasty at this stage but will give you an idea of what the finished article is going to be like

If you are bottling you could leave it for 3 weeks in the secondary, then mix your priming sugar with a little boiled water, place that in your bottling bucket(if you have one) then siphon the beer from the secondary onto the priming mix in the bucket so that it mixes in evenly. If bottling 40 pint bottles it is worth gently stirring the beer in the bucket half way through.

If its good now it will be better later. After bottling leave the bottles at room temp for a week then put some place cooler for a few more weeks(if you can  )to condition, then
