first ever batch

Starting my first ever batch of kit lager this weekend, got all my gear now and am eager to give it a go, any tips or advice woule be welcome.

Sanitise the daylights out of everything, rinse the daylights out of everything (unless you're not using Star San. If not, get it!) and have patience.

If you think it aint fermenting, it is. If it definitely aint, stir it with a spoon.
