Coopers English Bitter

Hi guys, done a few two can Woodfordes, so now trying my hand at a Coopers English Bitter off of the Thrifty website. It came with 'Brew Enhancer 2'. I have two simple question.

The instructions say to use 500g of Light Dry Malt, Is Brew Enhancer 2 the right thing?

If it is, should I use 500g or the whole 1kg in a 20ltr brew?

I always use 1kg in all my 1 can kits, does it say 500g of ldm and 500g of sugar??

It says 500gm of Coopers Light Dry Malt.

So BE2 will do i presume?
