Coopers BKE

Hi, i've been reading on the Coopers forums that BE1 is made up of 40% maltodextrin and 60% dextrose, which when made up should give you a final abv of 4.2%.If this is the case and you instead used 66% more dextrose ie 1kg, would the abv rise accordingly ie to the 6.2% mark?

I'm basing this on the fact that maltodextrin isn't fermentable but I thought the best kit and kilo abv you could hope for would be 5% max.
