tinkering with Coopers wheat beer - some advice/opinion pls.

Morning guys,
I really enjoy wheat beers, one I have made from Brewferm kit (recipe in the sticky, page 16) turned out fantastic, but, it has a downside - its drying really fast, so I have no other choice but... brew some more

What I have in mind, is to tinker with kits some more and make honey wheat beer. So here is what I'm thinking about:

1. mixing Coopers Canadian blonde with 1.5kg can of liquid wheat malt (50/50 dme/wheat malt, equivalent to 500/500g of respective malts in dry form) + 350g honey + some light aroma hops, bit of spices
2. mixing Coopers wheat beer with 500g light dme + 500g honey + spices/light aroma hops
3. mixing Coopers wheat beer with can of liquid wheat malt + 350g honey + same as above.

Opinions ideas and critique would be really apreciated!

thanks in advance!

P.S.
as spices I want to use same bits of orange peal and coriander, just a hint of both.
