Will adding finings prevent natural carbonation?

Bit of a newbie question I'm afraid. I'm 7 days into primary fermentation of my first ever brew. (Geordie Lager kit). OG was 1.040, currently at 1.012, aiming for 1.005 so progressing fairly nicely. Question is with regards to finings, do they actually kill the yeast to clear it? If so how is priming in the bottle/barrel achieved? i.e. will I get less or no carbonation if I add the finings prior to bottling? The finings are ' Young's Beer Finings'. The instructions advise to add to beer after fermentation then stir gently and leave for 2-3 days before bottling or barrelling. Thanks in advance for your help!!

no finings dont kill the yeast they just cling to them and make them heavier so they drop to the bottom (thus clearing the bear)
so you'l be fine as far as primings concerned

I never used to fine my beer down but got fed up with to much sediment in the bottles and waiting for 12 weeks for beer to clear. (Muntons) Those instructions you have are spot on. But I still leave the bottles out in the garage for a minimum of 6 weeks before drinking. Sometimes longer. It is personel preference as to finings but I am a big fan. Hope it all goes well for you.

Cheers, Martin.
