Out of date tin?

Hi All


Just had a peek at my pack of Fixby Gold from Brupaks and noticed the best before is January 2011. Anyone any experience of using slightly out of date cans?

you MIGHT need to get new yeast if you do, as that is what goes off, not the tin!
