Brupaks IPA....not an IPA

Post by Slim » Wed May 16, 2012 12:10 am

Hi, this is my second batch that I have done that last was a wherry that was fine. I then decided to do a brupaks IPA. It took weeks in the brew bucket and stuck, I got an enzyme to get it moving again and this did the trick, I bottled it and have put it down for a couple of weeks. It tastes ok but is quite yeasty, I am sure that I will manage to drink it all in time, but it is is not the best, it is very dark for an IPA and is a cloudy. Any suggestions as to how this can be improved for next attempt.
Thanks :o

The cloudyness will sort itself out, just give it time in a cold place. :)
