I really should ask this in the ag section, but what sort of batch size can you get out of a 23lt mash tun?

I must confess, I'm just starting the move to AG. 2 more kits left to do, then I'm drinking the majority of my stock and starting on bigger batches. My brother found me 2 50L....errr.....things and held on to them for me. I need to modify them into a HLT and a Mash tun, then I just need to buy a big stock pot and a gas ring. Fun here we come!
