I've seen a clear bottle of it and it's a really nice pale colour, but haven't tasted it yet!

Has anyone brewed this new kit yet? What's it like? I've just picked one up and wanted to know what I'm in for.

I was just going to ask the same question. Just got mine and I`ll be getting it going tonight when the temp has dropped a bit.

Set it away at 8 last night and it`s got 2 inches of lovely white foam on top already. :D .

Methinks this is going to be a good one!

The OG on mine was a rather dissapointing 1038. Still, let`s see how low it drops. Could do with a nice session ale that doesn`t make me walk into walls.

Also, well done on getting over the 1020 stick! =D>

Has it replaced or just renamed Woodfordes Great Eastern Ale?

Would be interested in finding if it is on a similar vein to the eastern as that was a lovely tipple, might buy one of each if i can still find the eastern to compare them both, the sundew looks 0.3% lower in alcohol, so even more of a session ale

Just bottled my Sundew. It dropped to 1008. A nice golden colour and a taste of honey in the sample jar.

Now for the hard part. :( Probably will try one a week to check for it peaking.
