I seem to remember a few people posting on jims that they have brewed these. They to be very similar to the Better Brew range from Hamblebard that a good few of us including myself have used which seem to give great results. Other than that can't be of much more help -(

Thought i'd update on the 'simply' mild kit, fermented this with 2 x h&b malt extract and 150g dextrose and brewed to 20l, was still on 1.020 after 10 days so gave it a rouse with a gentle stir, it got down to 1.018 in the end. bottled and just have a (very) early sample after 6 days in the bottle to see how its getting on (geordies mild tastes good young so i thought what the hell) and its a bloody lovely drop! very light coloured for a mild, and a real good hint of caramel in the mouth, highly reccommend this if your after a lighter and milder mild!!
