Youngs bitter taking it in a direction

After my rather successful brew with youngs bitter, I gave some to my Missus and she said it was too bitter for her. So Id like to add something to be another taste rather than just plain bitter. I've thought about doing a coach house brewery clone using blueberrys but hOw would I go about this. Also I've thought about making a hop tea with williematte hops or sazzs anyone any ideas

You can brew fruit beers lots of interesting ways, many of which are detailed in these forums, but the simplest answer to your question would be a simple rearrangement of your hops. Use fewer in the early bittering stage and maximize their aromas by adding them at the end of the boil or "dry-hop" in the secondary fermentor instead.

Yes I was considering a hop tea with the addition of around 250g rasberrys that might work
