Coopers autralian lager recipe help

Right i have been kindly given a coppers australian lager and coopers brewing sugar no 1

What else can i add to this to make it a bit different i hear it tastes alot like fosters normally.


I was thinking of adding a extra 500g lme and maybe doing a hop tea and dry hoping.But unsure what hops to use to make this a bit different.

Saaz and hallertaur hersbrucker are my favourites for lager.

what sort of quantitys and is that just dry hopping or hop tea? Or both

It varies, I boil around 20 to 30g for 20 min the let it sit for 20 more. Geezah and Monkey brew have posted recipies for that kit which are popular.
