yeast for wheat beer

Hi , i have decided to do a muntons Wheat beer with coriander and curacao peel , i have the following yeast packs at my disposal which would suit the best ?

1 x Safbrew S-33 Yeast
2 x Safbrew T-58 Yeast
1 x Brewferm Blanche Wheat

Surely it's got to be the Brewferm Blanche.

1st choice.............Brewferm Blanche Wheat

2nd........T-58

3rd..........S-33
