Morning, kegging some sundew,should I gas with co2 or mixed gas, thanks for any info.

If budget keg, add 85gs of sugar (if you have brewed it to 23l), leave in the warm for two weeks and then a cool place for a week. It will carbonate up nicely. Opinions are divided on this kit. Some love it and some, like me think it lacks a bit. It needs a good maturing time, but if taste it after a few weeks and its clear and you like it, tuck in!

Hi stomach, am putting it in a cornie and ave got mixed gas and co2 just wondered which would be better, cheers
