I've got one sitting here to brew, but missed my slot for it being ready this winter!
I'm now gonna brew it late this year, and then stash it for 12 months.

Same here matey!
I will knock these up and leave them for next year. Four jars of golden syrup needed!
I saw your pics of your 15 litre FV which have influenced me to get some so these babies dont take up full size FV's!

Make up some inverted sugar.
Cook your sugar till golden, and pour 1/2 out then cook the rest to a dark red.
Split the brew and do 1 DJ of each.
The flavor change between an inverted sugar short cook and longer is amazing and transforms a belgian kit in to 2 different brews.

I might also add the Ambiorix to the list of brews you should try too - malty, slightly bitter on the tongue with an almost metallic tone - but very, very nice

Primary 1: Nonthing
Primary 2 : Nothing
Primary 3 : None
Secondary 1 : Empty
Secondary 1 : None
DJ(1) : Nowt
DJ(2) : N'otin....
In the Keg : Nada
Conditioning : Nowt
In the bottle : Cinnamonator TC, Apple Boost Cider, Apple & Strawberry Cider
Planning : AG #5 - Galaxy Pale (re-brew) / #6 - Alco-Brau (Special Brew Clone) / #7 Something belgian...
Projects : Mini-brew (12l brew length kit) nearly ready

I've done most of the Brewferm kits now, and the original three you picked happen to be my particular favourites, so good choice.
I've got a Grand Cru on right now, and I'm planning on cracking into it next summer.
I can also vouch for the Ambiorix. But as you've already ordered, maybe next time?
