i brewed the muntons premium pils kit last thursday with 1.5 light liquid malt extract!!!
anyone have an opinion about this kit???
i m brewing at temperature 10 to 13ºC!!!
all the beers that i made, when i bottled, after some days in a warm place i put it all in the same place, a BIG fridge that i have in my parents restaurant with a temperature at 3ºC!!!!
with the pils what i should do??? if i put my pils at temperature of 2-3ºC, i will be lagering??? to carbonate the beer, should i let how many days before i put it in the cold??
should pils follow the lager technic????
