Wilko Hoppy Copper Botter stuck SG ??

Post by nobby007 » Tue Jun 10, 2014 9:01 pm

Hi there,
I am now getting back into home brewing and got a kit Wilko to try. Normally I get better kits for quality but thought I would give one a go.
I started a Wilko Hoppy Copper Bitter kit on the 26th May and the SG is still 1.010 and should be below 1.008.
15 days seems a bit too long as normally only about a week.

Any ideas please to get lower SG so I can bottle or should I just leave still ??

Thanks

Nobby

I normally leave my kits for 2 weeks in the fv. 1010 is ok for the hoppy copper,i've done this kit 3 times now with good results.
