Ok, got one of these in FV getting near to fermenting out. The kit includes two foil packets of mixed Centenniel and Zeus hops. No idea what weight they are, doesn't say. Will be bottling this next Saturday.

Do I:

a) Wang both in ASAP until bottling
b) Wang one in asap and one on Thurday
c) Stick one in Wednesday and leave it at that
d) Both in Thursday

Discuss?

I'll do whichever seems most popular probably on Tuesday!

Started this kit in May and tastes good even though it has only been bottled for a couple of weeks. It was in primary for two weeks (1.049 to 1.009), transferred to secondary with both bags of hops for nine days then bottled at 1.006. I was planning to dry hop for 5-7 days but couldn't find time on the weekend, don't think it did any harm so I'd choose (a) and put them both in ASAP.
