I got a magnum cider kit strawberry and says to add the flavouring after ferment but won't stirring that in prior to bottling agitate the yeast. I've already started to ferment now so I can't add it before now and I don't wan to put it into secondary. Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm thinking just deal with the yeasty bottles.

How are you going to bottle? Put the flavouring in the bottling bucket with your priming sugar just before you bottle it and rack the cider off the yeast in the fv in to your bottling bucket.

Last time i did this kit i put the flavouring into a bottling bucket and racked on to that. It mixes well

I don't have a bottling bucket. I normally just go straight from fermentor to bottles. Less chance of bacteria and easier and quicker than doing that.

Can I not just put the flavour in when foams gone and leave it to sink in for a few weeks.

It might work if you add it in the fermenter after fermentation but you might lose some of the flavour. A bottling bucket really is the way to go. After fermentation the risk of infection is reduced, and oxidation risk is low if siphoned properly. Add to that the convenience of batch priming/adding flavourings and there really is no reason not to do it for the sake of a £7 bucket.
