Is there a quick answer to the difference between Spray Malt Light, medium and dark when used as a beer primer

Hi and welcome to the forum.
The answer is probably not, as you're not using enough to significantly affect the taste or body of the brew. Having said that, I wouldn't recommend priming lager with dark Spraymalt if you want to serve a clear, pale golden beer.
Whichever you use, if bottling it's much easier to use ordinary sugar which flows into and out of the funnel better than Spraymalt.
