Got home from work and cracked open a bottle of Wherry to have with my tea.

You`ve had those bottles for over a week now! Why are they still full?
It`s easy to see why you got a bottle shortage problem, you are not drinking responsibly enough!
If your Wife thinks your Beer is Pigswill, Is there something you are hiding from us? Is it really that bad? Come on, Man Up, We won`t laugh!

She doesn't drink beer. As for why I've still got the GK (just one bottle)...the honest answer is 'cos I've been drinking my own 'cos I prefer it.
