Hi all. Was thinking of brewing a wilko cerrvessa next. Was thinking of kit plus 500g DME plus 500g dextrose. Roughly what would be the finished strength of this? I don't want it strong, just a lightish quaffing session beer. Ideally I would like to get it around 3.5 to 3.9 ish.

I would imagine that the OG will be around 1.036 and the FG will be 1.008 - 1.006.
If it finishes at 1.008, it will be approximately 3.8% ABV.
