Fitting little bottler and tap to FV

Post by Wekslap » Mon Sep 22, 2014 1:30 am

Hi all. I bought a little bottler and tap to fit to my FV after reading many good reports on here. The thing is I do not want to cock it up and ruin my FV by rushing it. Any tips on drilling correct size hole and fitting it so doesn't leak etc and ideal positioning would be much appreciated as I am to DIY as a fish is to a bicycle!
Thanks
John

Just use a 22mm hole cutter and drill it a little higher that the tap from the base.
Then file the edges smooth.

I did two last week :)

Flat bit

Cheap as chips on fleabay, size obviously depends on your tap.
