Silly mistake!

Post by Readman14 » Sun Oct 12, 2014 6:18 pm

Hi

I have just started a new kit and didn't read the instructions properly......I've added the priming sugar at the start!

Have I ruined the beer or is there a way to salvage it?

I've not added the yeast yet.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks embarrassed of Pudsey!

Don't worry, it will be fine, it won't affect the beer much just make it fractionally stronger.

You will need to add some priming sugar at the point you put the beer into bottles or a keg.
