250gr Demarera sugar.
Brew to 20Lts
SG 1046
FG 1010
Brewed 4/1/2021
40 Rooibos Earl Grey tea bags added day 12
Bottled 18 jan
50gr batch prime
Tasting BLM!

Got my first Coopers Stout on the go at the moment.
Made it with 1 kg of dark spray malt and 160 g dark muscovado.
Looking forward to trying this one.

I intend to try to now concentrate on AG but Coopers Irish Stout is a kit I will definitely do again. I mixed it with 1kg of extra dark DME and 300g soft brown sugar and it was excellent particularly after 18 months! Sorry if this thread is exclusively about the plain Stout though not sure how different they are anyway.
