Ian,
Just dropped the hydro in and showing 1012.
Going to leave it longer because I am dry hopping on day 10.
I didn`t add extra sugar, just Spraymalt.
Vigorous ferment on this, crud all over the FV lid.

Wales why on earth are you brewing Euro Fizz ?
The best addition you can make to that is mix it 50/50 with Pelfort Brune when serving it.
At least it will then have some body and taste. In fact I that is the only way I can stomach it.

Did you mean to say `Pelforth Brune`. A deep Mahogany English Brown Ale, dense with
spicy aromas and full bodied caramel malts? #-o

Anyway, it won`t be euro fizz because I prime it low (60.2gr Dem sugar).
I`ve made lager kits before and they just come out as yellow beer.
Nothing Lagerish at all.
That`s why I play about with Hops.
Tasted BLM from the FV after priming! :D

Sorry Wales it is spelt with an h at the end. My mistake because I spelt it the way it is pronounced in french. It has been brewed continually for 100 years which I think is unique.
Here is the story of the brewery.

Yes, from a Kit. (It says that in the first post, silly billy)! :D

No finings, just gravity.
This is the only Beer, Lager, Euro Fizz that I have EVER made where there is not a single, incy wincy,
little tiny weeny bit of sediment that comes from the bottom of the bottle! 8)

Setting.
Had the last pint from my 5Lt mini-keg last night.
Keg opened weds, couple of pints through the week, all tasting BLM! :D
The pint last night smelled like Sherry!
Still tasted good but seemed stronger?
When I had the last swig, I sucked the air out of the glass (as you do and making nom nom nom noises)
and it still had that definite Sherry smell.
Was this because the keg had been opened and the beer going off?
