Hello Everyone,
Back in the Game!
Found some stuff in BeerShed and just knocked this up.......

Coopers Irish Stout to 20Lts.
500gr Dark Spraymalt.
500gr Med Spraymalt.
500gr Dark Brown Sugar.
Yeast in @ 20deg
SG 1050
Nice little hour spent getting my Mojo back!!!! :D

Where ya bin?
Fermenting: lambic, American Blond
Conditioning: English IPA/Bretted English IPA
Drinking: Helles Bock, Orval clone, Impy stout, Conestoga, Old Hooky clone , Jester single hop pale ale, Simmonds Bitter, cascade wet hop pale
Planning: Kozel dark (ish),and more!
