Grainfather - short brew lengths

Post by DeadFall » Mon Aug 31, 2015 3:47 pm

Does anyone have any experience of short brew lengths in the grainfather? I'm wanting to experiment with a recipe idea and don't fancy the idea of making large batches. What's the smallest brew length people have managed to get away with? I'll be aiming for a 8-11% beer but some of it will be achieved with sugars.

I have done a 9 litre stout brew to test a recipe and it worked the same as normal, if you get the Grainfather app and input your recipe it will tell how much strike water and sparge water that is needed, it also has timers you activate as you get to different steps
