hi all just done12 liters apple juice, 2 liters golden syrup,2 liters water, 100 grams crushed dates 50 grams warrior hops just to keep it bac free, and 2 grams kviek #3 original , just done no og as it will go like a rocket not worried on abv , maybe 3 to 4 days to glass, let you know what it tastes like , cheers
