Edlerflower Mead by Robsta
Ingredients:
450grams/ 1Pound of Honey
250g of Sugar
1 Bottle of Lidl Elderflower cordial
1 cup of Bourbon
Bread Yeast/ Any Wilko’s Wine yeast
Water
How to make:
Heat the Honey in hot water to make it runny empty it in a 5 Gallon Container with Airlock add the sugar and then top up with cold water stirs until its thin add the cup of bourbon any kind i use Gentlemen jack.
Then add the yeast If using bread yeast I use about 2 table spoons and leave it until it stops bubbling in the Airlock normally a couple of weeks.
Move to secondary container once done then add the Elderflower Cordial. then leave it with airlock for a further 2 weeks
Then bottle and rack it you can drink it straight away but the longer you leave it the stronger it will get.
