Personally, I've used Paynes honey and found it good.

Fermenting -
Conditioning - Meads - Raspberry Melomel yeast test, Vanilla Cinnamon Metheglyn, Orange Melomel.

Planning - Some kits until I can get back to AG, then a hoppy porter, Jim's ESB, some American Red.

A bit slow in looking, but if you check out all the pics from that link, it's catering honey. Sure it says "Blossom" honey but it's a mix of all sorts and was originally packed for 3663 (now trading as Bidvest).....

So unlikely to have any "real character" but should still be fine for melomels etc. I wouldn't use it for traditional type meads.

Oh and at the time of posting this, it's listed as "currently unavailable".....

Are there any beekeepers in your area?
Check your yellow pages for beekeeping suppliers, they'll often know of local beekeepers with honey to sell.
I'm just here for the beer.

We don't buy pet food from China. Because of this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_pet_food_recalls

This was a blatant disregard for safety in service of increased profit. And therefore we buy no human food from China either. We might get some in condiments in Chinese restaurants, however.
Secondary FV: As yet unnamed Weizenbock ~7%
Bulk aging: Soodo: Grocery store grape juice wine experiment.
Drinking: Mostly Canadian whisky until I start brewing again.
