Wheat Flour

Could anyone tell me what can you replace wheat flour with in a recipe.

Hi daab, Yes i have seen that, but grahame says flakes but what sort of flakes does he mean wheat flakes or can you use torrified wheat or i take it they dont make a lot of difference other than head retention. s.f
