im brewing this today
10 gallon brew made with
9kg marris otter
100gr challenger hops
mash 67 deg
boil 90 mins

also some wheat malt but i dont know how much to use :(

any ideas :D

probably a bit late Jason, but something around 5%? maybe 500g, I'm not sure if wheat can throw a haze if in large quantities..

i ended up using quarter a jug of wheat malt

as ever this was one of my well measured brews i.e.

9 x jug fulls of marris otter
1/4 x jug full wheat malt
lots and lots of hops
and i got very VERY drunk :lol:

just had a sample of this :wink:
first time ive used wheat malt and O M G it tastes awsome
i usually brew using just marris otter and hops (lots ov) and somtimes a bit of crystal as im a bit of an ipa man but ill be using wheat malt from now on :=P
