Hi all

I brewed this last night the next old beer that should be ready as the London porter runs out. Its another of Durden park beers and one the I believe was very successful for Beer blokes brewery :D

That's a high IBU. what gravity are you looking for?

1.054, yep lots of hops but it need a few months to age

I feel guilty 'cos my 1850 ran out long ago and I've not done another DP recipe since :oops: 'Spect this'll be a cracker.

I keep saying I will do a DP recipe, and then usualy get distracted at the final furlong, and do something else :roll:

Nicely done Ob, I've got a crate of that crafty Stoat reserved for me by BB himself. I had a taster recently and OMG - it's THE most complex, chewy beer ever. you'll be quiet when you drink it, I reckon.

I can't decide if it's my next brew, or the one after...

So is that SO4 making it crawl out the FV yet?

Fermentation has kicked of, so not yet, hopefully not to much

Kegged this up Saturday night, looking forward to it when its ready. F.G. was 1.017 coming in at around 5%
