Certainly a bitter beer 8)

Its pretty standard gravity in my brewery. My dad has just brewed Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout from Beer Captured. The OG on that beast was 1.090.

In my experience, beers with such a high IBU take a little while for the bitterness to mellow out.

I would probably crank the base malt up a few notches

I find Beersmiths IBU calculations are a little bit less bitter but I know that's subjective.

Looks like a great beer! 8)
