Looks like the makings of a nice English ale dave2, my comments would be this:

Even for a session bitter 1.032 is a bit low, just a bit stronger the orange juice
22IBU is also low for this style of beer.

I would up the grist, something like 4000g malt, 290g crystal and 200g wheat
that should get you nearer 1.040 then adjust your hops to 30IBU. The other thing I would do
is add some late hops, say 10g or so for the last 15mins or some at switch off and allow to steep
for 15-30mins, this adds little in the way of bitterness but does add aroma and flavour, you could
of course do both.

Hope this isn't way off the mark and not what you're after at all

Sassy Bitter ... great name! But as Scooby says -- and assuming it's for 23l -- you probably want to up all the ingredients for a truly sassy pint.

Ah yeah, I've a lager drinking friend who is averse to any hop bitterness, best keep
the IBU's down then.

As Parva said 200g is fine for the torrified wheat, it will improve body and head retention.

Hope it has the desired effect on your lager drinking friends
