having not done anything with malted oats yet, do you have to roast them first, if so what temp and for how long?5 gallon batch OG 1046 ABV 4.8%

CHOCOLATE MALT 410 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 370 gms
WHEAT MALT 140 gms
MALTED OATS 320 gms
HOPS boil time 90 minutes no EBU given so 35 EBU
NORTHDOWN 20 gms
CHALLENGER 16 gms
add 20 gms STYRIAN GOLDINGS last 15 minutes.
