Whats a good mix

Im at a loose end and wondering what to make ive got

marris otter
roasted barley
crystal malt
uk mild malt aka triumph
torrefied wheat
flaked maize

fuggles hops
goldings hops

S-04 YEAST

Something around 5-6% thanks for any ideas

I'd go for a classic English Best Bitter. Something like

90% MO for the bulk.
6% Crystal for colour and body
4% Torrified Wheat for head retention

Fuggles for bitterness and Goldings for aroma and flavour. IBU of your choice (I'd go for about 30 IBU).
