Modren Dark mild

Hi all brewed this last night, I fancied a mild!

I did the Festival Mild from Norms recipes thread and it was bang on, over 5% aswell :D

That looks like really nice place, my recipe is based on one from Mild Ale: History, Brewing, Techniques, Recipes (Classic Beer Style Series, 15) . I used Belgian Candi syrup as may breweries use a no3 dark inverted sugar and this is not available to us.

Is that gales?, I am traveling to London drinker at the end of the month and hope to sample some if its on

I ma a bit of a whore for milds :lol:, I just wish there was even one within traveling distance that served one!
