I've got some lager malt left from my Schiehallion clone and thought I'd brew a lager, now I've a basic lager recipe which calls for Saaz hops but seeing as I forgot to buy some I thought I'd use the spare Challenger and Hallertau hops which were also left over from the Schiehallion.
Does this recipe seem okay?

Re: Brew and pray recipe.
Well after praying to the great Bachus I proceeded with the brew and fingers crossed the lager should turn out okay.
Although it has to be said I ain't ever using a Bruheat boiler to mash the grains again. I got the thing settled to the mash temp, half hour in and the thing went on to a full boil.
