Suggestions for AG#2

Hi,

Need suggestions for AG#2. I have crushed pale malt, crystal malt, fuggles and goldings and S04 yeast. I could buy a little something else if need be. I'm just brewing stove top at the moment, a la mini mash.

I'm tempted by either something pale like a summer lightning or a wheatbeer like erdinger.

Any suggestions for something that 1) I can make with my current ingredients 2) is relatively dependable/easy and 3) like one of my temptations above?
