what should I brew with these hops?

Hi All

just boiling my second AG a Summer Lightning clone and already planning no. 3. As the weather is meant to be good here on Monday I thought I would try a brew then, although not sure what to brew. I have lots of Maris Otter, ~600g of crystal malt and the following hops: 100g Target, 100g Northdown, 100g Goldings and 50g of Challenger (approx amounts). I originally got these hops for a london pride clone which I'm drinking and is very nice, as I said at the start I am currently doing a Summer Lightning which is why only have half as much challenger as the other hops.

So what would be a good brew using these hops? I was thinking of doing something similar to the Summer lightning but using one of the other hops instead of Challenger to give a different but similar (does that make sense?) style beer - if so which of the other hops would be best to use (or will any make something drinkable?), I am hoping for something summery/easy drinking if possible.

Thanks for any suggestions

Great minds think a like
I was planning on doing the same thing, mash the Summer Lightning grain bill for 10 gallons, split into 2 x 5 gallon batches and boil 1 with the Lightning hops and the other 1 with this hop schedule

Summer Storm
1.00 oz Target [8.00 %] (60 min) Hops 28.8 IBU
0.50 oz Challenger [7.00 %] (10 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
0.50 oz Challenger [7.00 %] (10 min) Hops 4.6 IBU
1.00 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04) Yeast-Ale

Cheers
Paul
