Think I'll be watching this thread with interest. One of my favourite brews. But got the Thwaites Dark Mild and Theakston Old Peculiar to do first....

Havn't got the recipe but the Real Ale Almanac says:

Pipkin pale malt, flaked maize, torrefied wheat, roast barley, invert sugar. (total adjuncts 20-23%) 25 EBU, 100 units of colour, Fuggles hops.

Reading the tasting notes, i would imagine that there are some late Fuggles in there.

Should have come a little sooner, I've just put my order in at Barly Bottom. I could have added these to the delivery..sigh
