What to make with this lot?

I've got some belgian aromatic malt and some crystal wheat malt that i want to play with....but I'm not really sure what to do with them.

I was thinking about making something strange this weekend - maybe a malty, well hopped wit/weiss type beer - but perhaps red in colour just for the hell of it.

Anyone know if those two malts would work OK together, or might it be a bit much? I was thinking maybe (for 21L):

2Kg Pale Malt
2Kg Maris Otter
250g Crystal Wheat
250g Belgian Aromatic
20g Black Malt for colour? Or something else...I'm not sure how to get a nice red colour...
Perhaps some fresh orange zest and other as yet undecided spices?

EKG for bittering to maybe 30 IBU, then Saaz for flavour and aroma and another 10 IBU. Quite a lot of Saaz for aroma.

Whaddya think? I'm not sure how to get the red colour......and I'm also wondering whether the two specialty malts might over accentuate the malt - although if it's balanced with the extra hops, it might work....

I've got a bucket of Wyeast 3944 slurry in the fridge so will use that but probably ferment it fairly low or there might be just too much going on in the flavour...
