Was in the Guilford Arms in Edinburgh over easter and had a few of these,,, Was wondering if anyone had a recipe, it was bloody gorgeous :D

I emailed the brewery and asked the cheeky question of the"recipe", funny, i aint had a reply,,, however this is the info from there web page,,,,

Nose: Lemony citrus hops with a hint of grapefruit and spicy, peppery goldings.

Palate: Full on hops – styrian goldings to the fore, goldings giving a balanced middle and finally the rich malty fullness of maris otter as a backbone. The finish is refreshing with hops that become dryer if the cask lasts long enough!


Any all grain gurus out there could come up with out?,,

I'll give it a try next time i'm over in Edinburgh,

Any more info on colour, gravity, abv, how bitter was it etc?
