I'm currently drinking a Pacific Northwest IPA that's hopped with Challenger and Cascade. I'm thinking about doing something similar with Challenger for bittering, and heavy doses of Amarillo for finishing and dry hopping. I think the Challenger/Amarillo combo would be insane. This is next up after I get out of my lager phase. I've got a hoppy pilsner coming up, then I'll go back to ales. Then, I'll go all poofy and start trying to brew Hooch and getting my nails done.

I put a tablespoon of cottage cheese on whole wheat toast...i pepper it or eat as is or if I want something hot I put it under the broiler with cinnamon on it....
