King's IPA ( or similar) recipe wanted

looking for a recipe for a really good IPA with plenty of punch, I have played around with calculators but I have no idea of the IBU's I am after. Planning on a 5.5 - 6% beer and to store it in a corny until the summer, so has a few months to mature.

If anyone has tried King's IPA this is probably the sort of hop level and taste I am after - they use challenger and goldings which I am happy with just no idea of a schedule for them. http://www.kingfamilybrewers.co.uk/homepage.htm
