Stonking Stout

I cobbled together the recepie below and brewed it yesterday. 'Tis based on 4 shades and hopped with some of what needed using up! Hopefully i've not jinxed it with the name and it comes out OK



I pitched the slurry of some S-04 used in Cameron's Best and it went off like a rocket- woke up to to a fridge splattered all over inside with stout

It's not one of your favoured light and hoppy numbers that's for sure

I'll be sure to being one to the next meeting i get to, and maybe a few bottles to share round if it lives up to it's name
